Pancake Breakfast
Our
pancake breakfast was a huge success this year with a larger turnout and more
money raised than last year. We especially wanted to thank Y-Guides
dad Jim McCardy who not only donated the pancakes and sausages, but also
pre-cooked the sausages to make them easier to cook and clean up.
Jim is the Executive Chef at Marston's in Pasadena, which is a highly rated restaurant known for their fine food. While you should stop in for lunch or dinner, word is that at breakfast, their corn flake french toast is to die for.

Description: Every year, we hold our annual pancake breakfast and serve pancakes and sausages to friend and family. All Y-Guides members sell tickets to friends, family members and anyone else. We receive generous food donations from many local retailers. All money raised goes into the nation wampum fund. This is used to help fund our Y-Guides program and provide financial assistance to those who cannot afford to participate in our program.
